Chris Wheeler came out to pump septic tank and after opening tank to inspect it he informed us that the tank did not need to be pumped and most likely the Sanitary line entering tank was malfunctioning. He attempted to jet out the sanitary line clog with no avail and came to the conclusion the sanitary line was either bowed or had settled to the point it was sloping upward. At my request, he went over and beyond regrading costumer service and did what he could to get another tech out to camera the sanitary line while he was still on site and confirmed his assessment. This is the 2nd time he has come out in 6 months for other reasons and both times did a great job. In fact every time I have had a service down he has been a great experience. I intend to continue using their services.
