AJ is awesome. He's one of the best heating and cooling techs that I've dealt with in 20 years with My furnace and AC equipment. Super smart and a very nice person to work with.

Jaemus was the technician assigned to do my tune-up. I had recently purchased the home and admittedly was unaware of most of the maintenance I should be doing. He helped me know what to look for in the future and walked me through every step. Great communication and was in and out faster than I would have expected. I'll definitely be sticking with these guys for the rest of my HVAC needs.

First time using Heating and Cooling Guys, and I was impressed. If you still have a swamp cooler (and hey, for mobile homes there are still a lot of them in use), these are the people to call! Lots of heating and cooling companies won't even work on them. Heating and Cooling Guys were like "heck yes we service those." I called a local company I've used before to start up my swamp cooler for the season. I couldn't get an appointment with them until the end of June! With H&CG I got an appointment within a week. Dolores in the office was super nice and friendly over the phone. The arrival window was 2 hours instead of 4. That's a big plus, not to have to hang around waiting for 4 hours. Jaemus was the tech and he was great. Very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He found that a clogged calcium/mineral filter was causing very low water pressure to the system and removed it, which will improve cooling performance over what we had last year. I rated service quality as 4 stars instead of 5 because unfortunately, the next day the cooler was leaking water onto the roof. Jaemus is coming back in a few days to see what's up. Hopefully it's a simple fix, like the drain plug didn't get re-installed, or something. Fingers crossed! Overall, though, everything went well and I will definitely use H&CG again.

The heating and cooling guys were great to work with. They were able to get me a same day appointment which was very much appreciated. The technician AJ was on time per my scheduled appointment. He was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions. He was able to take care of the issue I was having with my furnace quickly and did not try and up charge for anything. I will definitely use the heating and cooling guys for all of my future HVAC needs. Will recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Performed a maintenance on a furnace. System is working great with no major issues.
Performed a maintenance on a furnace. Found a low faulty capacitor which customer said he would replaced. No other issues found.
Performed maintenance on a furnace. System was operating normal with no major issues. Filter needed replaced. Some recommendations were sent to customer for her equipment.
High CO levels in the home. Tested Lennox furnace and a water heater.
Performed a fall maintenance on a furnace. System had no major issues.
Performed maintenance on a 11 month old furnace. Checked all furnace operation with no issues found.
Two system were freezing. One had low refrigerant levels and restrictive filter the other had just had a restrictive filter. In my head and charged up one system to the proper levels and replace both filters on both systems, everything is working OK
Got called out for a no AC call. This was due to a bad capacitor. Replaced capacitor and check system for operation. No other major issues found.
Performed our summer maintenance special. System is performing good with some issues. Customer will decide on suggested repairs and call us if they want to proceed.
