I appreciated The H.&C. Guys honoring their coupon. My technician, AJ was very informative, easy-going, and really did provide excellent service. He represented the company respectfully, and offered honest opinions and recommendations. He presented himself kindly, friendly and overall down to earth, as well as neat and orderly. The Heating and Cooling guys have always been quick to respond to our HVAC needs. They installed an AC unit in June of 2023 and Jaemus Jones repaired our heating unit in January of 2024. Jaemus is highly knowledgeable and experienced. He was on time, repaired our heater in a matter of minutes, explained everything that he was diagnosing, and he did a thorough job, just like when he installed the AC in 2023. His prices were very reasonable, and we plan to have these guys take care of our HVAC needs in the future.

AJ was so awesome to work with! He was very professional and kind from the moment he stepped up to my door. He evaluated the situation and got to work right away. My furnace is back up and working great because AJ knew what he was doing and completed the work quickly!

Very professional service. We were pleased that we were able to get service the same day, since it is very hot and our a/c had major issues. AJ was even able to arrive earlier than scheduled and he very efficiently diagnosed and repaired the a/c. He was very polite and thorough. Our house is comfortably cooling now. AJ did a great job! I would highly recommend them !

Furnace AC maintenance for summer 2024. Ac is running good and so is the furnace.
Performed maintenance and tuneup for a heater. System only had a flame sensor issue. No other issue found.
No heat call. This was due to a bees nest obstructing the exhaust pipe and causing the system to shut off. I went ahead and cleared the bees nest and system engage fine.
No heat call. This was due to a bad inducer motor. Replaced inducer motor and system engage just fine
Customer was having and issue with rattling coming from their furnace. This was caused by a dirty filter.
Furnace was short cycling this was due to an airflow issue. Went ahead and gave customer my findings and customer will decide how to proceed.
