Customer was concern over a whistling sound coming from the furnace. This was due to the furnace blower wheel lid not being installed or put back correctly after servicing the furnace on the previous call after I fix this issue we didn’t hear any more whistling sound coming from the furnace problem solved.
No heat call. This was due to a bees nest obstructing the exhaust pipe and causing the system to shut off. I went ahead and cleared the bees nest and system engage fine.
AC was not cooling the house down. This was because the outdoor condenser was dirty and needed new capacitor and refrigerant. Once we addressed all those issues, system started working good
We did a full split system replacement on the customer's house. Replaced their old system with a Day and Night outdoor condensing unit, and an indoor 95% horizontal Day and Night Furnace.
No hoy water on a 4 year old heater. This was due to a chamber sensor. We replaced it and it’s now working great.
Furnace only runs for a little bit and then it stops. Replaced blower motor.
Prepare swamp cooler for winter. Winterized swamp cooler.
AC not working. Install new Day and Night two stage furnace and air conditioner. Install air scrubber to protect home from, viruses, bacteria, and mold.
