We had a new furnace installed by Heating and Cooling Solutions and we are so pleased with the product, very prompt emergency service, communication from the office, and especially the wonderful technicians who installed. Techs arrived early morning and got right down to business removing old furnace. They were highly skilled and thorough, explaining everything being done. They worked great as a team, were friendly, and explained how new furnace and thermostat worked. Hard workers and weather was terrible but no complaints from either. We enjoyed talking to them as they went in and out for gear. These guys were awesome! The business owner stopped by near end of job to help finish up and he was friendly and helpful. We had never replaced a furnace and really didn't know what to expect but our experience with Heating and Cooling Solutions was excellent. No anxiety, no mess and we will definitely recommend this company for any heating and cooling work needing to be done. Thank you for working so hard to keep us warm!
