overall I liked the company. I liked the workers, and they came when they said they would. There was only one problem, a drain hose was not installed properly and the sheetrock had to be opened a second time to correct the problem. I do like the unit very much. works great.

As a representative of your company ,I would have to rate Chris in the top 10 program. He was very efficient in his job ,,tried his best to solve our problem with the air conditioner,unfortunately it was too costly to keep investing money to a 13-14 year old A.C. We invested in buying a new A.C. ,For our comfort ,Chris brought over a portable unit to use until we have the new A.C installed .He was very professional and tentative to our needs...,Thank you Chris.!
