Performed $19.52 maintenance special on one furnace and one straight cool unit. Tested unit in both heating and cooling modes of operation.
AC not working in the middle of the night customer thinks refrigerant are 22 is needed I explained it spaced out and also about new customer special for tomorrow. They said they need me tonight and will pay after hours fee
Completed a new customer 1952 special. I inspected indoor temperatures, motor amp draw’s and tested capacitors, checked cleanliness of coils, check refrigerant charge, and check electrical connections. I found the 5mfd indoor blower capacitor weak and needing chAnging. Everything else on my inspection is within range and fine. Unit is operating at this time. Thank you for choosing Hobaica!
