I am glad that I called Homer 9 when my CO detector went off, but Jon went above and beyond to identify the true source of the problem, and quite literally may have saved our lives by identifying and explaining in detail the severity of the issue. Easy scheduling. Received a call prior to arrival. Chris was early...I wasn't even home from work yet and patiently waited in my drive without complaining..it was his mom's b-day dinner to boot. He was meticulous and methodical in his service and made sure I understood everything he was doing. I have never owned a fuel burner so had many questions that he was only happy to explain..very knowledgeable..proposed a service plan but never tried to pressure me into it. Never felt like he was in a hurry to service and leave, even knowing he was close to that dinner celebration. Took great pride in his overall work and cleaned his work area too!! Very personable... I will be sure to request him by name when it is time to service HVAC again.
