Easy scheduling. Received a call prior to arrival. Chris was early...I wasn't even home from work yet and patiently waited in my drive without complaining..it was his mom's b-day dinner to boot. He was meticulous and methodical in his service and made sure I understood everything he was doing. I have never owned a fuel burner so had many questions that he was only happy to explain..very knowledgeable..proposed a service plan but never tried to pressure me into it. Never felt like he was in a hurry to service and leave, even knowing he was close to that dinner celebration. Took great pride in his overall work and cleaned his work area too!! Very personable... I will be sure to request him by name when it is time to service HVAC again.
