This estimate provides an option to restore and refresh your air handler cabinet. We will pull and clean your blower wheel, sanitize your cabinet and install a UV light to protect your cabinet from any mold or bacterial growth. We will then sanitize your ducts as the final touches for a full restoration.
Upon arrival, found air handler running but has no operation from the condenser. Found my thermostat requesting condenser to turn on but the was no operation. Tested the capacitor and found that it had failed. Replaced capacitor and tested operation. Unit was calling as should and draining on its own.

Customer had us out to do a tuneup on her system. Upon investigation Troy found that the system was operating normally. Drain lines were cleared. And gauges were checked. Customers condenser was observed to be operating in normal condition. Did not obtain screenshot of sub cooling reaching 10.
Customer had a clogged drain line so we unplugged it.
Upon arrival i found that the thermostat wasnt powered on After investigating, i found that the overflow switch was triggered due to clog built up in drain line Flush and cleared drain line Tested operation of system and its cooling as should I found that the coil was pretty caked up with dirt and debris and the filter was the same way I recommended coil get a pull and clean to remove the dirt and debris built up for better cooling efficiency and better airflow across the coil
Upon arrival, i found that the unit was running intermittently before reaching set temperature After looking through the unit, i found that the drain line was clogged and it was activating the overflow switch within 15 minute intervals Flushed drain line and treated it Also found weak capacitor which will cause compressor to sometimes not run at all and have a grinding noise due to it trying to start Replaced capacitor Unit is now fully functional and is draining as should
We were called out to take a look at a potentially clogged drain line. Found no clogs in the water in the vacuum. Customers dream design is to blame for the water backing up into the float switch. Customer excepted an estimate for redesigning her drain line.
Customer had called us out to see what was going on with her air conditioner. She said the motor was really loud and that she smelled smoke upon investigation. Troy found that there was no evidence of any smoke or burning. Most likely customer accidentally put the system to heat mode and was smelling the burn off of the heat strips. Customer is clear on what condition is now.
