Jacob did a wonderfull job after talking with me on what the furnace was doing, he formed solution and used his meters to back up to back him up furnace was up and working in fifteen minutes. Plan on having him come back in the fall to get me ready for next winter.

I performed a diagnostic on a 1996 Goodman gas furnace that has no heat. I pulled and cleaned the flame sensor, and replaced filter with a customer-provided one. The system is heating upon departure.
I am here for a 24 year old Concord air conditioner that is not working properly. On arrival based off homeowners description it sounds like system was freezing up. I found system to be low on refrigerant
here for a 15 year old Goodman air conditioner that is not cooling. Customer advised me that outdoor unit is not running. I found the dual capacitor failed. Replaced capacitor and cycled system. System is 15 years old but appears to be working OK at this time. Verified charge and temp split.
on arrival customer advised that system was running but not keeping up with set point on thermostat. This is a 26-year-old Bryant system. Customer also has no filter or filter rack in system so it has been running the entire 26 years without filtration. Indoor blower and evaporator coil are both dirty
