We were due for a semi-annual checkup of our recently installed home air-conditioning unit.. The technician called ahead of his visit to let us know when he was coming, as expected, and went right to work checking out the equipment. He performed a thorough check on all of the equipment and explained to me that everything was working well and to specifications. Later that day, I received a call from the home office following up on his visit and asking me how it went. I appreciated that as well.

Jacob did a wonderfull job after talking with me on what the furnace was doing, he formed solution and used his meters to back up to back him up furnace was up and working in fifteen minutes. Plan on having him come back in the fall to get me ready for next winter.

Josh was at my home to check Out my furnace which had stopped working. Unfortunately it could be repsaired and he gave an estimate and also encouraged me to get another estimate. After a few estimates I decide to go with Huber Heating mainly because of the prompt service and swiftness in which they responded. Pricing was also fair and very reasonable. Overall my experience has been mixed. My heating unit is having intermittent issues that are apparently difficult to isolate because they are intermittent. So the trouble shooting is now into day 3. However, the technician has been very professional, works hard, is thorough, and has explained everything. So I am not the happiest customer in the world as I still have system issues, but Five Star Heating and Air Conditioning have been great.
