I provided an estimate for a Carrier 80% gas furnace and a Carrier 13 SEER 2 ton air conditioner. Along with the estimate is a free i year scheduled maintenance agreement.
I completed a callback install. On my arrival I checked refrigerant charge and airflow and found refrigerant charge grossly overcharged running at a 44° sub cool (Head Pressure was reaching 450 psi at 70 degree outdoor ambient temp. Adjusted charge to 10.5 SC and 10 Superheat. System is now running as it should.
I completed a diagnostic and found that the floor drain is backed up. I installed a condensate pump and drained it to the outside to alleviate this problem. System is operational upon departure.
I provided an estimate on a Carrier Gas Furnace, a Honeywell thermostat and a Carrier Air Conditioner.

I performed a diagnostic service call and replaced a Evaporator Coil. When I arrived at the call the floor was covered in water and the blower housing was rusted. I completed a diagnostic on a Heat Pump and I-wave . I Determined that the I-wave was operational and the disconnect on the heat pump was put in upside down. I reinstalled the disconnect and the system started running with a grinding noise.

I completed the spring tune up on a ICP air conditioner. I visually inspected the furnace. Checked voltage and amps. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
I installed a Carrier 16 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner. With this install came a scheduled maintenance agreement lasting a year.
