Performed sidekick maintenance on 1 year old Lennox gas/electric split system. Everything is within specs on both sides. System is operational and heating and cooling at this time
Upon arrival I tested heat pump system for operation. System operating normally. Tested system 4 times and each time system ran normally. I found contactor has burn marks and is pitting, defrost board shows signs of burning but still functional, compressor LRA is reading higher then specifications indicating it is working harder then it should. Blower wheel is dirty and reading higher then specification amp draws. System is operational at this time.
Performed sidekick visit. Completed heating and AC inspection and tune up on Lennox heat pump system. Replaced filter today. System is operating properly at this time.

Performed diagnostic on a 2018 Coleman furnace. Upon arrival found system was non operational, plugged pressure switch hoses, unclogged all hoses. Test heater system and has a 13 degrees temperature rise. Adjusted blower speed from high to med, temperature rise improve to 18 degrees. Gas pressure at 12 coming in and 10 out. Found incorrect orrifices size at 54, tech support confirm it should be 55. Suggest replacing propane kit at this point to diagnose further. Give estimate for repair.

Upon arrival customer stated dripping noise coming from inside of wall from upstairs hallway bathroom. Attempted to duplicate dripping noise by running faucet, shower, and flushing toilet. No dripping noise. On the way out dripping noise occurred. Crawled in attic to try to locate possible leak. No evident leak. Opened small square under vanity sink to expose piping. Portion that was exposed didn’t have any evidence of leaks. Customer didn’t want to go with further demolition of wall. He will be opening wall in attempt to find leak and contact Huft to get quotes for possible repairs.
