Replaced blower motor and installed heat strip kit. Tested unit operation. System is operational at this time. Will need to return with more wire to run from disconnect to heat strip breaker. Heat strip breaker is currently turned off.
Upon arrival system not operational. Unit is intermittently operational. ECM blower motor searching. Motor/module failed. No heat strips installed. Went over heat strip function. Client would like to add heat strips to unit. Client is also interested in converting unit with existing elbow transition into downshot. Will have to follow up with estimate pending curb availability. Estimated cost $2,500-$2,800 per CVD. Cannot guarantee price.
Upon arrival system operational. Cycled heat. No issues. Checked schedule in thermostat. No heat strips installed in equipment to eliminate cool air during defrost cycle. More than likely When unit goes into defrost over night it’s blowing cold air in the home as opposed to heating it. Recommend trying lower heat setting overnight to prevent equipment from coming on.
Replaced defrost control board to allow for proper unit operation. Part is covered under warranty. Cycled heating and cooling. System is operational at this time.

Upon arrival system not operational. No 24v to unit during call for heat. Bypassed thermostat and unit kicked on. Thermostat has failed. Replaced thermostat with Honeywell T6 pro WiFi thermostat. Did not have WiFi T6 on hand. Installed standard T6 for temporary heating. Office will call to schedule return visit to install WiFi tstat. Signed up on club membership for routine maintenance and savings.

**Joined the Guardian Maintenance Program 1yr** Upon arrival system not working properly, no air flow. Went into the attic and diagnosed a Failed ECM motor. No other tests performed due to no air flow. Calling manufacturer tomorrow to get availability on motor. Will call to confirm ordering with homeowner. HVAC non operational at this time.
Performed heat maintenance. Changed filter, heat rise is within specs. Gas pressures are within specs. Flushed drain line. Cleaned flame sensor and burners. Installed IWave, System is operational at this time. Signed back up on superhero club.

Performed Sidekick visit. Completed heating and AC inspection and tune up on Bosch heat pump system. Replaced Merv 16 filter with a Merv 13 filter. Bring Merv 16 filter 20x25x5 at next visit. System is operating properly at this time.
Installing new 4ton gas/electric up-flow system on a manufacturing home on 10-7-2020
Installed a ecobee thermostat. Existing filter grill is already hi flow so it’s ok.
Remove existing equipment and haul away. Install new Lennox LRP 14 GX30-54EP 2.5 ton, 14 SEER, 81% efficiency furnace. Reconnect condensate lines and verify flow to the exterior. Install new electrical dis-connect at package with properly sized fuses and weather tight flexible whip. Remove registers, manually seal boots and re-install Existing ceiling registers. Upgrade return air grill to Hi Flo grill. HERS certification includes third party duct pressure test. Freon recovery per EPA regulations. Installation includes equipment, material, labor, all required testing, taxes and permits. Provide crane if needed. Installation total $ 10,679.00 120 months @ 6.99% - $123.94 37 months @ 5.99% - $320.37 18 months @ no interest - $593.28
