Remove existing roof pack unit and haul away. Install Lennox 4 Ton LRP16 SEER 81% Efficient, (2 Stage). Reconnect condensate line and verify flow to the roof edge ( gutter) install new adjustable roof curb and add new return and supply plenum. Replace all gray flex supply ducts (8) and return duct (1) with R-8 Mylar flex with radiant barrier outer skin. Add new supply air to 1/2 bath. Install new mechanical dampers at new supply plenum to provide better airflow balance. Install new electrical dis-connect at roof unit with properly sized fuses and weather tight flexible whip. Provide and install propane kit. Remove registers, manually seal boots to drywall and install new high flow grills. install new Nest or Echobee WiFi Thermastats. Install new 20 x 30 High Flow return air grille. HERS certification includes third party duct pressure test.
