Upon arrival downstairs unit operational. Client concerned with noise and little heat. Adjusted blower speed, removed old filter from grille and removed foil blocking airflow from register. Noise and system performance improved. Adjusted settings in tstats from natural gas to propane. Upstairs unit not operational. Blower cycles. Inducer comes in sometimes, but unit never lights. Tstat showing pressure switch error. Tried jumping out pressure switch. No change. Per Matt ordering control board. Scheduled for a technician to come out Monday to try talking with tech support.

Seal upstairs ducts to under 10% leakage for the PG&E rebate. Installation includes: Installation by HUFT Journeyman employees, all Comfort Guarantees, new condensate drain pan with overflow safety switch, Title 24 HERS certification with a third party including duct leakage test, gas flex with ball type shut off valve, electrical disconnect with properly sized fuses, perform line set flush, dispose of existing equipment, weather tight flexible whip at condenser, new PVC flue pipe system, new high flow return air grill, Healthy Climate 13 filter with two years replacement filters, seal register boots to ceiling and install new registers, labor, material, taxes, permits and rebate processing. Customer would like to pay $20,000 on a credit card and finance $9,550 at 12 Months No Interest. R
Performed diagnostic on a 2018 Coleman furnace. Upon arrival found system was non operational, plugged pressure switch hoses, unclogged all hoses. Test heater system and has a 13 degrees temperature rise. Adjusted blower speed from high to med, temperature rise improve to 18 degrees. Gas pressure at 12 coming in and 10 out. Found incorrect orrifices size at 54, tech support confirm it should be 55. Suggest replacing propane kit at this point to diagnose further. Give estimate for repair.
Performed a heat tuneup on a Rheem package unit. Checked heat operations, all components, and safeties. Found blower motor leaking oil and rust on heat exchanger.

Performed a diagnostic on a Rheem package unit. Found bad gas valve, weak inducer motor capacitor, weak condenser motor capacitor, rust on evap coil and heat exchanger, and inducer motor running loud. Homeowner will be looking into system replacement in the near future.
Found low voltage wire to a/c unit not hooked up at furnace. Connected low voltage wire and cycled unit. System operations ok at this time.
Performed ac tune up for Rheem package system. Tested and checked system in cooling mode. Found no issues. Changed 14x30x1 filter. System is operational at this time.
