Found loose wire on control board going to inducer motor. Fixed wire connection and cycle heat. System operations ok at this time.
Performed air conditioning tuneup on a 16 year old Payne package unit. Condenser coil was dirty. Cleaned coil and continued my checks. All other checks and components were within manufacturers specifications. System is operational at this time Recommend membership plan.
Performed diagnostic on split carrier system. Found that txv bulb was still inside cabinet attached to refrigerant line off of suction line. Moved to suction line outside cabinet and insulated well. Blower is working well at this time. Also found system was low on refrigerant. Added in 2.9 lbs of R22 to get 211/65 with 14 deg SC and 11 deg SH with 21 deg temp split. System working well now. Programmed thermostat.
Warranty work. Found wire on control board in wrong location. Cause system to continue to run causing coil and compressor to freeze. I defrosted coil and compressor and put condenser wires in the right spots on control board. Checked system and found was over charged. System is operational at this time.
Removed old circuit board. Installed new circuit board. Checked all systems to make sure they were operating properly and were within manufacturers specifications. The system is operational at this time. Temp split is 22 degrees.
Found indoor blower not operating. Recommend replacing control board was not sending 120volts to the blower. No fee today order part from sigler Monday and schedule return for install under house.
