Performed Sidekick maintenances on a Lennox system. Replaced new filter. All checks are within manufacturers spec and system is operating properly. Give estimate for membership options and will call office to renew.
Emailed requested proposals for repairs vs replacement options for customer to review and make final decision.
Upon arrival homeowner stated the condenser unit had shut off over the weekend. Upon investigating I found pressure high at 128/519. Superheat was at 14 and subcool is at 25. Recommend replacing the TXV. Will have comfort advisor come out before making decision.
Quoted new multi-stage gas/electric system with new zoning system.
Lennox EL196E- Removed and property dispose of existing furnace and zoning system only, provide and install new 3-ton Lennox furnace only, new z-tech dampers motors only, new upstairs thermostat, new merv-13/5†filter cabinet, connecting to existing A/C and evaporator coil, existing ducting, new gas connector/shut off valve, new bradford 50gal gas water heater, installation includes equipment, material, labor, permit, title 24, third party verification and taxes. Install date: 1/17/2020.
Upon arrival found state select water heater leaking water from bottom of the tank. Recommend replacing water heater and gave estimate to homeowner. Homeowner will contact Alex for new estimate of hvac system and water heater.
Performed heating tune up for Lennox spilt system. Tested and checked system in heating mode. Found no issues. System is operational at this time.
