Re-wrapped supply plenum in attic, re-wrapped one wye branch and strapped up plenum.
Upon arrival system not working properly , no Heat System indicates water sensed. Checked drains and noticed the vent tube was sloped up. Cut and adjusted hose for proper drain. Verified drainage to outside Cycled system for 50 minutes, no issues. Office calling tomorrow to have install come out and do plenum bubble wrap insulation on the return side and retape the supply side down. Completed Synchrony sales slip

Upon arrival system not working properly, no Heat Went into the attic and found the furnace wasn’t igniting. Diagnosed failed 2 stage gas valve, it was receiving 24v from the board but not opening up to release gas. While diagnosing system found that the furnace is unsafe due to cracked secondary heat exchanger eating the face plate. Went over repairs vs replacement option Sold HVAC system replacement. Paying through synchrony Bank upon completion of job Next available install 12/28/2020.
One of the valves on the water heater is cross threaded. The valve needs to be replaced. Replaced hot side service valve of tankless water heater in attic test by running water no evident leaks test well
Warranty Call Call Back on install. Upon arrival system not cycling heating. System would not ignite. Diagnosis: The gas valve was left in the off position. Flipped switch and furnace cycled through completely. Hooked up monometer and adjusted gas pressures at both 1st & 2nd stage, 1st stage set to 1.75in WC’ & 2nd stage set to 3.5in WC’ HVAC cycled and certified.
Performed a tuneup on a Trane ac system. The blower motor is showing signs of wear. Unit is over 15 years old. Recommend cleaning the condenser coil. Advised homeowner to leave our filters in the ceiling since he has a washable one next to the furnace. This will allow for better airflow also. Recommend having a comfort advisor come out for options on a new unit and a unit big enough for the home.

Performed a tuneup on a Bryant ac system. The compressor L.R.A is at 73.6 and manufacture specifications are 69 amps or below. Recommend installing a hard start kit to lower the L.R.A. To below manufacture specifications and prolong the life of the compressor. All other checks are within manufacture specifications and the system is operational at this time. No other issues were found today.
Quoted single stage gas/electric upflow in garage systems, customer will go over options with husband and have a final decision by Monday .
Upon arrival found a Goodman ac unit not operational. Upon investigating I found the compressor working intermediately. Installed a hardstart kit. Unit started working and compressor came on every time. Also found the condenser coil damaged due to animal urinating on the coil. Recommend replacing. Comfort advisor is coming tomorrow at 3 pm to discuss a new unit And a whole house fan.
Performed diagnostic, found cross threaded valve. Needs replacement. Sent estimate. Client will check for other warranty before proceeding.
Installed a 16x25x5 merv cabinet at no charge from the home show. Need to reschedule to install another 16x25x5 merv 13 cabinet. Need to relocate return duct to the other side of the unit because the drain line is in the way and cap off the opening of the return with sheet metal.
