I first had my condenser motor go out and Chris came to replace it. On time, friendly and very knowledgeable. A few days later my blower began to short cycle. (probably unrelated to the primary issue). I called, and Jose came to troubleshoot but he was unable to isolate the cause as all the tests he ran read fine. He told me to call if the issue persisted. It did, and today Zane showed up and after discussing the issue with Jose, he determined that replacing the thermostat would be wise as he continues to try and isolate the problem. That would then leave the more expensive control board as the remaining probable culprit. The kicker though? If it turns out not to be the thermostat that was the issue, I would get full credit for today's service towards the control board. Zane too is really nice and knowledgeable! Where do you find these people??. It is just a matter of time before you are the Number 1 HVAC company in the country, is what I say.
