Conducted water heater inspection following customer's report of small water accumulation around unit. Assessed existing water heater with visible "Defender Safety System" and adjacent water treatment system in unfinished utility area. Determined unit requires replacement due to active leak; recommended installation of new water heater with expansion tank under Family Rewards program.

The customer called me because their furnace was making a loud rattling noise and wasn’t heating effectively. I arrived and used a screwdriver to remove the access panel, allowing me to inspect the blower assembly. I found that debris had accumulated around the blower motor, causing the noise and restricting airflow. After cleaning out the debris and lubricating the motor, I reassembled the unit and tested the system to ensure it was running quietly and efficiently. The furnace was back to normal operation, and the customer was pleased with the prompt resolution.
