The air conditioner wasn't working so my neighbor recommended Hurlburt Heating and Plumbing, I called them and they came over the same day. My furnace needed a new motor! They had the part with them and did a really good job of cleaning up when they were done.

We were out of town and my 19 year old daughter was home alone, of course this is when our heating and cooling system decides to stop working! I did the google thing and there is Hurlburt, called them and they sent a guy right over, done! I liked that the office lady said all of their technicians are drug and background checked since my daughter was home. We'll be using them in the future.

Everytime I've called they are able to come over pretty quick and fix our stuff. We joined they're club so they come 2 times a year to service our air conditioner and furnace. One time we did have a small issue but they came right back and made it right, thats all I ask.

Replaced leaking 50-gallon power vent gas water heater with new unit of same specifications. Performed complete installation including removal of old tank, connection of gas line, venting, and water supply lines. Conducted pressure testing of new system and verified proper operation of thermostat and pressure relief components.
Diagnosed intermittent heating issue on 13-year-old furnace. Discovered ultrasonic humidifier was producing white dust that completely clogged the filter, causing furnace to overheat. Inspected heat exchanger (found in good condition), replaced filter, and tightened components. System now operating properly with correct temperature rise.
Diagnosed 12-year-old Lennox furnace with intermittent operation and high-pitched noise. Identified pressure switch not closing properly (verified high fire switch requiring 1.5 inwc despite 0.9 inwc rating) and leaking inducer seal with compromised cap on left side of inducer. Furnace temporarily restored to operation after pressure switch adjustment, but customer advised system requires additional service as failure may recur.
Diagnosed significant water leakage from spa heater, identifying a compromised heat exchanger as the primary issue. Observed evidence of freeze damage likely caused during recent cold temperatures, exacerbated by absence of fresh air motorized dampers that would have prevented cold air infiltration. Submitted parts requisition for either replacement heat exchanger or complete unit, noting that heat exchanger replacement would require full disassembly of the system.
Successfully replaced the draft combustion inducer assembly and installed a new 2-way zone valve (up to 1 1/2") which required soldering for proper installation. After completing the installation, verified system startup, confirmed proper operation of all radiators throughout the residence, and validated appropriate system cycling, restoring full heating functionality to the home.
Repaired kitchen sink leak by replacing faulty basket strainers and continuous waste assembly. Removed deteriorated P-trap and installed new components to resolve drainage issues. All connections were tested and confirmed watertight with proper seals at fixture penetrations.
Inspected three Kohler toilets in customer's residence. Identified one toilet requiring replacement of flapper, fill valve, and supply line.
