Investigated and repaired a kitchen drain pipe leak that was affecting the basement area. Upon inspection, discovered significant water damage to wooden structural components behind a built-in oven cabinet which homeowner had prepared for access. Identified the leak source in the drain line that activates when kitchen sink and upstairs bathroom fixtures are used, and completed necessary repairs to resolve the issue.
