Responded to service call for water leak from customer's 12-year-old water softener. Diagnosed the unit was not cycling properly and leaking from the bypass valve. Also identified that the water heater was leaking from the relief valve. Performed replacement of water heater relief valve, installed new anode rod, and completed water heater flush. Customer opted to replace the water softener unit themselves with plans to have our team install it once purchased.
