Performed diagnostic inspection of a one-year-old boiler system. Confirmed customer had inadvertently overpressurized the system by opening fill valves, causing relief valve activation. Checked relief valve which showed minimal residual dripping, attempted to reseat plunger. Verified proper function of all other system components and provided comprehensive education to homeowner on correct system operation and pressure maintenance procedures.
