Performed scheduled furnace maintenance on two residential FRP units (approximately 3 years old). Service included cleaning of condensate and flame sensors and comprehensive operational verification of both furnaces. Tune-up was completed successfully; however, identified a plugged drain pipe in the furnace room requiring plumbing intervention. Customer was advised of the drainage issue and follow-up was provided.
Replaced defective smoke control board on electric boiler system, requiring complete rewiring due to different board configuration. Added water to restore proper system pressure (15+ psi), and verified operation of all loops. Also performed standard furnace tune-up on Pulse system including temperature rise check, drain cleaning, electrical component inspection, and air exchanger cleaning.
