Leak found in first floor laundry room from cold shut off in laundry box, crack in body of valve itself, turned off water to building, replaced cold side shut off, inspected for leaks Tenant in unit #108 said bath tub water won’t shut off, replaced 1225 cartridge to solve, verified hot/cold were correct, working at this time
Installed new pressure switch and venture and I also cleaned the venture wheel out before I put the motor on. Then tested it made sure it run OK.
Replaced old water heater for laundry room had to turn whole building off to add shut off for heater. Could get get into all apartments to run water. Tested for leaks all is good.
We got up on the roof and straighten the pipe out enough that we could put some caulk in it so I’d keep it from having the rain come in. We also checked the unit over and found out that the pressure switch is just barely that making it’s because the inducer isn’t giving enough vacuum to close it completely so we’re gonna try to order a inducer and a pressure switch?
