Conducted recurring plumbing inspection of residential water treatment system. Examined water heater, water softener unit, dual black water treatment tanks with pressure gauges, and Water Worker expansion tank. All components and associated PVC piping and water lines appear to be functioning properly with no visible leaks or irregularities noted.
Performed comprehensive furnace tune-up on 9-year-old FRP system, including gas pressure verification, temperature rise assessment, and burner cleaning. System components checked and confirmed to be operating correctly with good airflow parameters. Replaced air filter and left spare filter on site. Noted rust formation on interior metal surface requiring future monitoring.
