Carried out inspection of the plumbing and electrical system. While inspecting the plumbing there’s 2 section of the water line where it has separated and split. Recommend to replace all the lines due to stress and corrosion. While onsite the water heater was leaking at the base. The sewer stack shows signs of leaks and corrosion. Recommend replacing the sewer stack above ground and all connections. There was a lot of sweating present while onsite and the current above ground sewer is formed from copper and brass. The electrical panel is very old and needs to be updated to code. It’s within 3ft of the copper pipe that split and recommend to replace due to water damage. There is also 3 disconnects that will need to be updated. Wasn’t able to assess the power receptacles or lights without power being present. I’ve attached estimates for recommendations
