Performed scheduled furnace maintenance including comprehensive inspection, operational checks, and air filter replacement. Examined existing humidifier which is functioning properly. All HVAC components are operating within normal parameters with no issues identified.
Performed furnace maintenance tune-up on an Amana system. Identified heavily clogged MERV 14 filter restricting airflow; adjusted high/low fire settings and verified proper temperature operation. Recommended switching to MERV 8 filters with replacement 2-3 times monthly to improve system performance and airflow. Noted homeowner's concern about cooling season performance issues to be addressed during next seasonal maintenance visit.
Performed semi-annual maintenance on a furnace as per agreement. Replaced dirty filter, cleaned and balanced blower, and inspected heat exchanger which showed normal hotspots on first back bends with no compromises.
