Diagnosed and replaced failed inducer motor in furnace. Obtained replacement parts from Johnstone Supply. Unit now operating properly with new motor installed.
Responded to no-heat call for 25+ year-old mobile home furnace. Diagnostic inspection revealed faulty inducer motor as the source of system failure. Successfully restored temporary operation of the motor, allowing heat function to resume. Noted significant age of unit and visible corrosion on exhaust components that may require future attention.
Cut out section of 1/2” copper line in basement ceiling going to cold to kitchen faucet, new pex line and shut-off under sink installed, all water back on
Repaired 1/2 inch copper pipe to cold side upstairs shower in kitchen ceiling

Inspected above mobile home we could hear the water running but nothing up above. We then started pulling the skirt out and found one part of the Bellow had a very big bowl in it took my utility knife, cut a slit in it. Let all the water out we done found leak at a tea with polybutene cut out pre-existing tea installed new tea added packs to poly connections. All is good.
Read medium sewer machine through several times kept hitting a non-directional T I could not get under mobile home due to insulation was pink board then regular siding owner did not want me to cut into pink board continued using medium fur machine was able to get through tested sink by filling up three different times all drains great.
Inspected all three toilets and they’re from the early 80s or 90 recommend customer to put in comfort height toilets due to the old toilets are getting calcium up, customer will talk with his wife and call us back for new install.
