Completed full ac tune ups on form,unit working like it needs to in spec
A/C clean and check. Just did a furnace. All drain lines are brand new. New filter rack and new filter at the install of the furnace. Ran test unit before cleaning. Rinsed / cleaned unit from the cottonwood. Ran test unit after cleaning. Everything is running ok at this time. Blower fan amps : 7.3 actual 2.54 New Filter: just replaced with furnace (4-14-25) Fan Amps : 0.58 Compressor Amps: 5.59 Capacitor: 45/5 actual 43.8/4.9 Vapor pressure: 108 Liquid temp: 48 Subcool / Superheat: 54 (non-txv) Outdoor temp: 61
Removal and disposal of the existing brine tank and the softener. Connect the existing 1” copper cold main to the section of pipe to remove the softener. Provide and install a 50 gallon chimney vented water heater. Replaced the 1” main valve after the meter.
Replace fan and limit switch. Gas psi lowered to 1.5/3.5. Temp rise at 43°, opened dampers in ductwork in the basement, unit is old. Many original parts. Noisy inducer. Time to update. call for a free estimate.
Installed the customer supplied sump pump. Tested with proper function.

provide a new laundry faucet and install on to the existing laundry tub, with new laundry block.
Completed full furnace tune up, furnace working just like it should. Would recommend. I wave air ionizer to help along with 1” filter currently on system
Install (4) supplies and (2) returns for finished basement.
Service professional will return with the new laundry faucet and mounting block. Tested the main valve for proper function. Provided a 10% military discount.
