Conducted inspection of kitchen sink drain system. Examined stainless steel sink basin and identified normal wear with minor scratches and water marks. Inspected under-sink PVC plumbing configuration, noting slightly discolored P-trap showing signs of age. No immediate issues requiring repair were identified during this service visit.
Boiler leaking from joint. Need to come back to fix.
Arrived for a baseboard water leak. We cut out bad part in pipe and replaced. Bleed circuit. Radiator is nice and warm.
