Performed inspection and maintenance of microwave ventilation system. Located exterior vent on side wall, which was found partially open. Sealed all ductwork joints with appropriate tape and adjusted damper mechanism to ensure proper operation and prevent air leakage.
Installed Bradford white 75 gallon powervent water heater. Tested no leaks.
Upon arrival found water heater leaking from bottom and top told customer she would be looking at a new water heater. She has to talk with husband and will call us back it is a 75 power vent with 3/4 inch hot return.
Kitchen sprayer faucet extremely loose causing water to pour through gooseneck. Tightened nut. Leak immediately stopped.
Furnace did start lighting this morning. Found burners, pretty crusty and not lighting on the first try every time. Picked up burners and replaced per customer. Test fired three times and firing much better.
