Performed two air conditioner tuneups. Both 20x25x4 filters look good. Removed and cleared evaporator drains, checked charge, inspected wiring and cleaned the inside and washed the outside of the condenser units. Everything is operating properly at this time. Thanks! Brady
Find water heater leaking and percolating but still producing hot water. Highly recommend replacing. Take pictures so office can quote. New unit must be of existing size because of location and access. Communicate with customer when finished. Thanks Mark. Forward pictures to Ian.
