Conducted inspection of bathroom plumbing fixtures and identified corrosion on the metal floor flange where supply line connects to fixture. Observed metallic braided water supply line with hexagonal nut connection to shut-off valve showing signs of mineral deposits. Documentation completed with photographic evidence for reference.
Completed installation of commercial toilet unit with chrome flush valve mechanism in institutional bathroom setting. Verified proper mounting to tiled wall and confirmed functionality of all plumbing connections. Inspected accessibility features including side-mounted grab bar to ensure compliance with safety standards.
No heat. Found that the boiler had no water pressure due to a bad waterfall combo. I filled system with a hose for now to get it running.. the water I’ll combo will need to be replaced. I will send an estimate Monday for the repair. Unit is operational at this time.
