Removed existing boiler mate and installed new 30-gallon electric water heater as requested by customer. Cut and capped boiler side lines and completed all necessary connections to ensure proper functionality of the new unit.
Completed scheduled maintenance on 27-year-old furnace as part of Rewards program. Inspected heat exchanger finding no defects, verified overall system operation, and assessed customer concern about cooling fan cycling which appears to be normal speed shifting during fan-on mode. Customer already has advisor scheduled today for replacement system estimate due to equipment age.
