Performed scheduled maintenance on residential HVAC system. Conducted temperature differential testing with readings of 119.6°F at supply plenum, confirming proper heat exchange operation. Inspected blower assembly, electrical connections, and flame tubes - all components functioning within normal parameters with minor dust accumulation noted.
Replaced relief valve and expansion tank, expansion tank burst and caused relief valve to trip and not reset and drip water.
Install two customer-supplied toilets and one kitchen faucet. If needed, the toilets' flanges will not need to be repaired. The job also includes new wax rings, water supply lines, and Johnny bolts. Additionally, installed a customer-supplied basket strainer. Tested for proper function and no leaks. A customer-supplied shower handle and trim were also installed. All new components were tested
