Was very happy with the service that I was provided. Jermaine was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. He was also fine with my standing there and watching because I wanted to learn a bit and know what exactly he was doing. He also was very understanding about us having a new "bipolor" dog. The only negative I would have is the prices were a tad high however understand they generally are in this line of work.
