Jermaine was very personable, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He got straight to work and made a few helpful recommendations about my A/C system, one that I acted on and one that I needed to think about. He was straightforward about how urgent the service was and did not try to pressure me at all. I had several questions about my system overall and he took time to explain, and show me how things worked. The "paperwork" was all electronic and I received an invoice and summary of service (via email) within 10 minutes of him leaving. Very happy with the experience!
