The HVAC service technician, Jermaine, was the consummate professional: knowledgeable, hard working, courteous and competent. He spent approximately three hours in my home diagnosing my HVAC issues and providing me a range of options at differing price points to deal with the problem. Based upon his recommendation and my trust in him, I opted for a complete replacement of the HVAC unit.
