I was surprised by the $96 charge for today as I have a service contract with your company. As is always the case, Jeremy made every effort to get to my home and resolved my AC problem which pretty much worked itself out. To avoid any additional issues, Jeremy chose to come any way. My system was good. Jeremy is a hard worker and knows his business. He is polite and professional. I followed Jeremy from his former employer to your company and I would follow him again if he were to leave your company. Jeremy always speaks about how much he loves his job and your company. If he ever left you'd be hard pressed tp find a replacement equal to Jeremy's technical and people skills.
