We have always had a good experience with HVAC Unlimited but recently we have had Jermaine Allen come to our house for our twice a year maintenance and has been very informative about our system making us more aware of the system to a house that we just bought a year ago that no one told us before. We needed assistance twice within a week and both visits he always had a smile and is has been patient with us. Awesome customer service skills!! Will definitely be asking for him again.
