Jermaine was professional, knowledgeable and extremely courteous! He diagnosed our problem, came up with a solution and went straight to work! We are very impressed with this gentleman. Price was fair and we are excited to have a maintenance contract now since we are getting up in age and can’t manage the routine maintenance required.
