Mr. Richard Barnes was very patient waiting for me when he was 10 minutes early for the designated time he was to arrive. He quickly saw the problem and fixed it on the spot after I authorized him to move forward. He was very nice to me even when he had to wait outside for over 30 minutes for me. I might eve consider him to do yearly maintenance on all my air conditioning and heating units. Highly recommend this company who comes quick to help.
