Inspect attic ducting and HVAC equipment: The HVAC equipment is a new 5 ton Daikin Fit heat pump system with Merv 15 filtration Found two attic accesses East and West Both attic have abandoned cooler ducts (metal and should left in place) Attic East has two separate accesses and has had the flex R4.2 ducting replaced approximately 15 years ago and is in good condition, except two 10" fiber lined flex duct in the East right access. These should be replaced and will be included in quote. The West access has a metal 14" or 16" main supply run in good condition and is insulated. The ducting on the West side is fiber lined and needs to be replaced. Finally the insulation is installed in the attic (when the house was built R13) it looks like someone was going to add more but did not finish.
Maintenance for heating on one Lennox elite series, package unit, and one Maytag upflow furnace, located in a closet of the hallway. Furnace came on and cycled in sequence checked inducer motor amperage system is working for manufactured specification heat pump check cycling system came on in sequence. Cleared out condensation lines and changed filters.

Performed a heating maintenance on a 2024 American Standard heat pump. Checked all electrical components also checked out refrigeration levels at this time. System is heating up the house properly changed that filter filters. Cleaned out condensation line no errors or alerts are present at this time.
Performed a heating maintenance on a gas furnace located in hallway. Check sequence of operations by checking out all electrical and temperature rise. At this time system is heating up the house properly reaching designated temperature on thermostat lower motor run capacitor rated for 7.5 was getting exactly 7.5 at this time. Finish maintenance by changing up filter and cleaning out condensation line also cleaned out burners.

Checked temperature heat rise and carbon monoxide measurements. Perform static pressure testing. System is heating the home at the time of maintenance.
Arrived to provide an estimate for replacing three landscape fixtures and replacing four bulbs on three additional fixtures. Tested the fixtures to determine which ones required replacement. Additionally, took photographs of the wine cooler system for future reference.
