Perform a heating maintenance on a newly installed system also was there to install a new return grill. Was given the wrong size will need to get right size and go back to install grill correct. Return to job to install filter grill installed a 10 x 24 filter rack. Also put in a 10 x 24 filter as well.

Arrived at customer’s home to install switches/ run power for switched plug on back porch and to perform a main breaker panel upgrade. Added switches where desired by customer and ran switchlegs to Budweiser sign and switched outlet on back porch for string lights. Removed old existed fpe panel, updated grounding/bonding system, and installed a new 225 amp square d main breaker panel. Tested all branch circuit breakers to ensure proper function and operation of circuits to complete scope of work for today. Will need to come back at a later date to label panel as the other electrician on the job had another job to go to. Informed customer of this to get back on the schedule.

Performed a final inspection on a newly installed platinum unit. Check both outdoor and indoor unit as well as breaker box at this time. System is ready for a final inspection left permit packet with client. No ladder needed.
Performed a heating maintenance on a heat pump located in the hallway. Check sequence of operations by checking out all electrical temperature rise. At this time system is heating up the house properly reaching temperatures of 78° inside house finish maintenance by cleaning out the condensation line multiple times to make sure drain is cleared properly as well as by changing out filters.

Service on 2021 equipment. Verified sequence of operation is working properly according to manufacturer specifications. Cleared drain lines, replaced filter. Verified refrigerant level is good, 32 temp rise. Checked blower motor is working properly, capacitors in good condition.
Performed annual heating maintenance on a 2022 Bosch Heat Pump package unit. Replaced 24x24 filter in hallway ceiling, no ladder needed. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, temperature rise and cleared condensation line. Everything checked out in range. Thermostat checked out operational. System is working at manufacture specifications in heating at this time of service. Schedule cooling maintenance with client on site.
Prepared for inspection, replaced fuses to 50 amp, reconnected mitigation board and tested operation. Dropped permit paperwork.
heating maintenance on a gas furnace. furnace located inside closet located on right hand side of hallway, changed filter, cleared condensation line, check motor speed, checked for temperature split, Safety limits all within specification. Verified heating sequence of operation is operational, verified cooling operation is operational. Existing equipment uses r22 refrigeration which is no longer manufactured. Equipment in poor condition well past life expectancy. Recommend replacing equipment to avoid potential breakdowns.
