Performed a heating maintenance on a gas furnace is located in attic access. At this time, sequence of operations is within specifications make sure to clean our condensation line and change out filter finish maintenance by explaining the great benefits of a water safety switch.

Performed a heating maintenance a 2018 carrier furnace, Filters located inside filter rack, fua located in inside house hall way closet upflow, changed filter, flushed condensation line, on fau followed sequence of operation, checked for amperage and voltage, checked for blower speed, check for any loose connections, check for temperature rise, everything within range also cleared dust accumulated inside electrical component. System is working within specification in heating at the time of maintenance.
Arrived at customer’s home to change out sub panel for home with a new 200 amp Eaton sub panel. On day 1 I removed existing panel, prepped circuits, and mounted panel inside wall. On day 2 I landed all circuits and connected all conduit entering panel, made connections, installed breakers, and restored power to all circuits in panel. Informed customer of cloth wiring still present inside home going to sub panel and let him know that they may be an issue in the future as well.

Arrived at customer’s home to diagnose pool breaker not staying set. Upon arrival and talking to the customer, found that breaker tripped and was blinking red as per customer, which would indicate that the breaker needs replacing. Upon discovering this, took customer for his word and replaced breaker and reset to restore power and resolve issue. Waited on site for about 10 min to ensure proper function of breaker.

🛠️ Service Debrief – Demand Service (No Heat) 👤 Client Status • upon arrival clientreported the system had stopped producing warm air. • System was blowing cold / room-temperature air. 🔍 Initial Findings • Inspected equipment and found the system in a hard lockout condition with F1 error code. • Unable to retrieve a definitive cause for the lockout from the control at this time. 🎛️ Controls & Communication • Honeywell 8000 thermostat operates through a wireless module to the air handler. • Verified that all components were communicating properly. ⚡ Electrical Inspection • Checked high-voltage supply, fuses, and load lines. • Verified breaker at the electrical panel. • Confirmed proper voltage present throughout the system. ❓ Diagnosis Status • At this time, the exact cause of the lockout could not be determined. • Lockout appears isolated to the condenser, as it is the only component locking out. 🔄 Corrective Action • Performed a reboot of the condenser. • Syste
