Mini splits not working, have power though once turned off the blade shuts and not working properly. Verified proper voltage 240v. Rebooted electrical circuit and now operating properly.
Heating service on two systems. Hvac systems operational within manufacture specifications. Replaced filters, cleared drain lines.
Heating service and safety check on 2 systems. Replaced circuit board on living room 2017 Lennox. Replaced filters, cleared drain lines. Verified sequence of operation is working properly at this time. Bedrooms equipment 2007 operating though advise in poor condition well past life expectancy. Highly recommend replacing bedrooms equipment to avoid cost increases and take advantage on winter special with instant rebates available for limited time. Attached estimate below.
Take apart condenser top and wiring. Install compressor blanket around compressor. Put back together after and test decibels. Cannot guarantee it will resolve noise issue to a satisfactory level. No warranty. Installed compressor blanket. Tested after with homeowner and neighbor next to condenser. I as well as homeowner (ed Rainey) felt it sounds normal now, and less than before. Didn’t have previous decibel levels recorded, but now getting 71db. Which is in line with standard decibels for a silver system. Partial install, original furnace. Labor warranty expired. Neighbor would still ant to see if can be quieter, I informed all we can do is replace compressor at $2340. They would like me to see if I can reach out to American Standard or management can to see if they can waive cost for replacement. I informed them due to parts and labor warranties already offered and labor has expired and system has been installed. 2 years they would still require the labor chart because part warranty
Fixed up some wiring and thermostat (P200) configuration. Tested system from thermostat for heat and cool modes. System is now properly heating when in heat mode. (30° split) and cool mode when called for (20° split). Installers did great job, everything else checks out great.
Completed a heating maintenance on a split platinum heat pump. Executed static pressure and blower motor amp draw testing. Cycled system in heating and checked temperature heat rise. Refrigerant circuit diagnostic – good. Replaced filter and cleared condensate drain line. System is heating the home at the time of maintenance.
Performed annual maintenance on 2025 heat pump system . Changed out 20x25 filter in airhandler. Checked blower motor speeds, electrical components, an temperature rise. Cleared out condensation Line to drain properly. No alerts found on system . Washed down condenser fan coils and checked circuit board. System is communicating properly. System checked in range working properly at this time of service.

Performed a heating maintenance on a package heat pump. Cycled system in heating and documented temperature heat rise. Tested capacitors – good. Replaced filter. Found contactor to be pitted with resistance value noting eminent failure. Recommend replacing before contactor is welded shut. Estimate sent via email. System is heating the home at the time of maintenance.
Heating service on American Standard platinum split POV system. Air handler is located in hallway closet, changed it out 20 x 25 filter located in filter rack, verified proper operation for water safety switch, cleared condensation line at air handler. Cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, Washed condensing coil, no current/past error code at CDA or thermostat, thermostat checked out OK. System is within manufacturers specifications and heating and operating properly at this time of service.
