The customer receives texts/emails as reminders. Then, Hyde's sends a text telling the customer the technician is on his way. And, Hyde's sends a note about the technician, his background and training and even family. Nice personal touch.

Found contractor misfired and didn’t close all the way. I also removed refrigerant. Client to call in the am to choose from system.
Found system was 2 pounds low on refrigerant. This means that there is a leak in the system most likely the evaporative coil. Recommend replacement system uses Freon that is no longer manufactured. Will Credit repair if install is done within the next couple weeks

I Performed Maintenance on both of the Cooling Systems. Also replaced a 16x25 and replaced a 10x40 filter. Both Cooling Systems are over 15 years old. I also flushed the condensate drain. The back of the house is a Heat Pump model both located on the ground. I found that the Run Capacitor for the two ton system tested no good. I also found that the the 4 ton Unit Start Capacitor tested no good. I replaced both parts and tested the system. Client wanted one time service only. Everything else checked out operational at the time of service.
