Miguel was on time and courteous and respectful of my floors inside. Overall, his service was very good with this one exception: although I was inside at all times while he was there, it was only at the end of his inspection that he brought to my attention, slight knocking noise to my furnace. He asked if I had noticed it before and I said no, I hadn’t. But now it’s all I hear. I’m not entirely sure that it was knocking before. He came to do his regular maintenance. The thing that I wish he would have done would have been to Ask me right away if that knocking noise was something that had been going on for a while. Waiting until the end raised in my mind that perhaps while he was doing the maintenance something happened to create that knocking noise. But I don’t know for sure. And now I’ve had to request a service that I will have to pay for for it to be looked into.

Furnace plugged into quad multi plug adapter that has poor connection causing electrical short,(see photos) Removed existing plugs adapter and plugged furnace directly into electrical outlet. Tested operation and verified equipment is working properly.
Rang doorbell and knocked, waited 10 minutes , called but couldn’t get ahold of homeowner. Waited 10 and tried again but still could not reach homeowner
Performed a heating maintenance on a Bosch package unit. Completed static pressure form and Bosch package unit form – documented all findings. Replaced filter and cleaned motherboard of dust. System is functioning according to manufacturers specifications.
Performed a heating maintenance on a split platinum heat pump. Executed static pressure testing and refrigerant circuit diagnostic. Checked blower motor amp draw. Replaced filter and cleared condensate drain line. Estimate sent for equipment surge protection via email. System is servicing the home at the time of maintenance.
Performed annual heating maintenance on a 2021 York 2ton heat pump. Upflow fau located in hallway closet. Replaced 16x20 filter located in filter cabinet and cleared condensation line. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, temperature rise, Freon levels, and secured all electrical connections. Cycled system in cooling and verified LSOV is working properly. Replaced batteries for thermostat. Thermostat checked out operational. System is working properly in heating at this time of service.
Performed annual heating maintenance on a 2016 Carrier 2ton heat pump. Upflow fau located in indoor mechanical closet. Replaced 13x21-1/2 filter located in filter cabinet. Informed to client for future cases, filter may need to be ordered or cut to size. Cleared condensation line. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, temperature rise, Freon levels, and secured all electrical connections. Cycled system in cooling and verified LSOV is working properly. Found compressor over amping at start up, recommended to client adding a hard start kit to lower amps at start up and prolong life of compressor. Client authorized recommended repair. Installed, tested, and cycled system. Thermostat checked out operational. System is working properly in heating at this time of service.

Precision tuneup on heating and cooling for Amana split system. Furnace is located in garage, remove 20 x 30 filter in ceiling and put in 16 x 25 filter within filter rack, found blower compartment, extremely covered in dust and debris, possibly from remodel highly recommend pulling/cleaning blower wheel in housing to prevent any issues with cooling/heating and burning out blower motorfrom excessive buildup. Zero carbon monoxide detected, found a starting amps as well as 45/5 MFD capacitor out of range recommend adding compressor saver kit to prevent further damage to compressor, assist compressor at start up and prolonged life of compressor, also recommend replacing 45/5 MFT capacitor to prevent any future breakdown into Weak capacitor. Verified refrigerant levels and took temperature split/rise and cycled equipment. Verified proper operation for water safety switch, cleared condensation line, washed condensing coil. Performed a heating maintenance on 2019 American Standard package unit, changed filter, filter located on hallway ceiling, flushed condensation line, on unit check for amperage and voltage, followed sequence of operation, check for carbon monoxide, check for capacitor, check for temperature split, everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed unit coil. System is working within specification in heating at the time of maintenance.
Perform a heating maintenance on a 1992 original to home gas furnace. Inform a client about the age and condition of unit. Client is aware of age and condition of unit at this time. All electrical components are within range and system is heating up the house to the best of his abilities change out filter and clean out compensation line and make your system switch on in full mode as well informed client that both outdoor indoor unit are way past life expectancies client understands.
Shooting service on American Standard rooftop package heat pump system. Chain out 12 x 24 filter located in ceiling. Cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, checked volts and amps, checked capacitor, verified refrigerant level levels, and temperature split/rise and cycled to equipment. Metal ducting was secured attached and sealed and in good condition, thermostat checked out OK. Cleared condensation line and washed coil.(need 100 ft hose Spicket is located next to community pool) system is within manufacturers specifications, and heating and operating properly at this time of service.

Changed out 20 x 12 filter located in upper wall, cleared all electrical and burn compartment of dust and Brie, verified proper sequence of operation, found starting amps, exceeding specifications, recommend a compressor saver kit to prevent any further damage to compressor And assist compressor at start up and prolong life of compressor. Zero carbon monoxide detected, ducting was secured and attached to system and in good condition, thermostat checked out OK. System is Heating and operating at this time of service.

Washed out washable filter located in lower wall, cleared all electrical components and burner compartment of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, zero carbon monoxide detected, metal ducting was secured and attached to system and in fair condition, Thermostat checked out OK, cleared condensation line. System is within manufacturers specification and heating and operating properly at this time of service. Renewed annual comfort plan with member.
