Cleaned evaporator coil, blower wheel/housing and beneath mechanical platform of debris and hair. Pay via C. C.
Performed an annual maintenance on a 2025 Bosch heat pump package unit. Replaced 14 X 24 filter located in hallway ceiling. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, temperature, rise, Freon levels, cleared condensation line, and found no recent error codes on board LED. Thermostat checked out operational. Set date and time on thermostat to remove error code . System is working properly and heating at this time of service. Scheduled cooling maintenance with client on site.
Performed annual heating maintenance on 4) American Standard gas package units and an American Standard heat pump. Replaced 24x24, 2) 18x18, 16x25 filters in home and one 16x25 filter in package unit (S#846L). Cleaned out burners furnace. Verified heating sequence of operation is working properly. Detected zero carbon monoxide. Checked all capacitors and hard start kits. Checked temperature rise. For heat pump, checked voltage, FLA, RLA, and LRA. Cleared condensation lines. All Honeywell 8000 thermostats checked out okay. All systems are working properly in heating at this time of service.

The work conducted involved the installation of two heating systems. Specifically, we installed a 4-ton American Standard Gold 17 upflow split heat pump system alongside a 2-ton American Standard Gold 17 upflow split heat pump system. We installed a 4ton and 2ton gold systems with sheet metal on the platform and redirected the return to the platform as well.

Executed a heating maintenance on a gas upflow furnace. Equipment executed the sequence of operation in heating. Checked temperature heat rise. Replaced filter and cleared condensate drain line. Static pressure measurement across evaporator coil revealed a clogged coil. Observed blower compartment and wheel inundated with dirt, dog hair and debris. Estimate sent for blower wheel and housing cleaning, as well as evaporative coil cleaning. Client signed estimate and will return once front office sets appointment.

Used metal comb, brush, foam detergent and detergent rinse to restore evaporator coil. Client paid via C C. Documented temperature heat rise. System is heating the home at the time of maintenance.
