Was matter of fact with what was wrong and gave us all the options to fix it! Grateful for the quick response and Andy’s attentiveness to detail. Even fixed a wire in the heater that would have caused problems later on. Our house ended up crazy the day that was scheduled, and Andy was easy going and nice about kids and dogs.
