I found unit was pitched away from my drain. I re leveled air handler and verified good drainage.

Arrived to home Found code 094 amongst others Shut off disconnect at CU and AHU breaker Waited 5 minutes and turned back on Found 65V between L1&L2 at disconnect Located breaker panel for CU Breaker showed the on position Shut off and turned back on Went to 205 then directly to 65 again Customer needs electrician to diagnose electrical issues Left disconnect off Need to return to start system once electrical is fixed
No cool call. Blower humming but not operational. Verified power to motor and board does not output high voltage to motor. Capacitor tested at 9.2 mfd out of 10mfd. Base repair needed is a new furnace control board. Also recommend a full inspection of the system to check all other components. System is down at time of departure. Customer will have home warranty repair.

The unit had a loose outdoor fan motor and was rattling the system. I tightened the motor bolts. The unit was producing a poor temperature split and displaying a low charge. I found the true suction and true discharge service valves, failing and leaking Freon. The outdoor coil was dirty. I clean the outdoor coil and replace the service valves. I charge the system back to factory specifications.
