Inspected ductwork and duct sealing and attic insulation. Insulation looks good, systems are sealed nicely. I found upsized return was not sealed on installation. I sealed return and cleaned up grill.

I provided maintenance on high wall mini split and tested operation. System is operating fine at this time.
I tested equipment and verified good operation, system is operating fine at this time. Replaced customer supplied air filters 10/15/24
System in high pressure lockout. Found that condenser fan not operating. Tested capacitor, rated at 75/10uf measured at 26/4. Replaced capacitor and reset control board. System now back to normal operation. System operating properly at manufacturer specifications.
System blowing warm air in home. Found condenser in lockout mode. Fault code giving was for “Tonnage configuration error”. I then checked dip switches for tonnage set up dip switches were not set for correct tonnage. I then set dip switches to configure correct tonnage. System began to operate in cooling stage 2. I monitored system operation and pressures for a while system ran continuously without any problems or codes given. I informed homeowner of issue and work performed.advised homeowner to continue to monitor system. Condenser fan and compressor both operating within range. Light rinse to outdoor coil. Temp split good. System operating properly at time of departure.
