I needed to redo entire AC system and change location. Ideal Air was able to redesign it and address all my concern. They are highly skilled and professional. Job was done within the timeframe and original set. They went above and beyond making sure the house is protected from any construction dust or scratches.
Excellent company! Their customer service was impeccable. It started with Rachael, who initially answered my call, to Chris the technician, all the way to Alex one of the owners who personally called to follow-up post service. Rachael, the call taker, to my surprise made attempts to walk me through some troubleshooting steps. She was excellent. She had the technician Chris call me back in short order. Chris walked me through in-dept troubleshooting step, and it was obvious he knew how to troubleshoot my problem and was willing to do it over the phone. After about 10 to 15 minutes of phone troubleshooting, the heater and thermostat came back to life. Super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable guy. Amazing! I thought it was over at that point. Nope, one of the owners Alex called my wife and I personally to double check the work and customer service. I obviously expressed my sincere appreciation for all of his employee and for his service. Here's the kicker; Ideal Air Conditioning did not charge me for the time they all spent with me over the phone. Nothing! It's hard to find a company that provides this type of customer experience and service. Amazing company!
Alex was super knowledgeable, friendly, and very fast with the repair. He also let me know about other potential issues that may come with the unit in the future. Thank you Ideal Energy for the amazing service. Looking forward to working with you again!
I have been in my attic adding Ethernet lines and checking for duct leaks, these guys had to replace a long run duct that collapsed, remove the old unit and reinstall the new unit. They spent the day working away at it and by evening we had cool air flowing in our house again. They cleaned up after themselves and laid down paper and drop cloths to keep our house clean. Great Job.
Great response time and arrival time. Courteous, thorough and helpful with the questions I asked. Thank you
This company is excellent for the service and promptness and the technician they had come to our home was wonderful. The price was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend to all of our family and friends. Thx Ideal Air
No issues installing external system. Enough air flow to keep house cool until system parts are in.
Eric came and got the job done and cleaned up after themselves. We are pleased with the service. Thanks, Nellie Varvel and Clarence Varvel
AC went out last night, so I called Ideal Air early in the morning and Matt came out in the afternoon and got it up and running in no time. Great price and service. Highly recommend!

I checked over the unit. It is operating within amp ratings and is producing a 21° temperature split. The gauge readings match the charge charts on the system. The only issue I found is the outdoor fan motor is a 1075 and the original motor is an 825. The outdoor fan motor also shows signs of bearing failure and could be shutting down during the part of the day.
I sealed up air handler and made sure both cabinet doors were fully closed tested equipment and found it to be low on charge. I added 2lbs of r410a to get equipment operating at proper pressures. System is now operating as it should.
Found slightly low on 410A During 6/15 visit amps were just under RLA after removing refrigerant Prior amps were over 25A / after at 19.3A Added 8oz of 410A per chart SC and pressures good Amps settled at 15.2A *noise customer is hearing is hum from drive/compressor

The homeowner wanted me to check the upstairs unit. I found the upstairs unit compressor would not start. The capacitor tested good. The inrush kit factory installed had failed. I tested the compressor with a 521 that I keep on the truck the compressor did start and run, but the unit is flat on charge. This unit is a 1998 and has r22 Freon that has been discontinued. I also noted the outdoor fan motor has bad bearings. Recommended replacing the system due to the age and scope of repairs. The downstairs system had a bad capacitor from high starting amps. I replaced the capacitor and added an inrush kit. The homeowner had concerns over a noise, believe from the outdoor fan motor. I could not find any issues with the outdoor fan motor. The unit is operating properly at this time.
