Excellent company! Their customer service was impeccable. It started with Rachael, who initially answered my call, to Chris the technician, all the way to Alex one of the owners who personally called to follow-up post service. Rachael, the call taker, to my surprise made attempts to walk me through some troubleshooting steps. She was excellent. She had the technician Chris call me back in short order. Chris walked me through in-dept troubleshooting step, and it was obvious he knew how to troubleshoot my problem and was willing to do it over the phone. After about 10 to 15 minutes of phone troubleshooting, the heater and thermostat came back to life. Super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable guy. Amazing! I thought it was over at that point. Nope, one of the owners Alex called my wife and I personally to double check the work and customer service. I obviously expressed my sincere appreciation for all of his employee and for his service. Here's the kicker; Ideal Air Conditioning did not charge me for the time they all spent with me over the phone. Nothing! It's hard to find a company that provides this type of customer experience and service. Amazing company!

I have been in my attic adding Ethernet lines and checking for duct leaks, these guys had to replace a long run duct that collapsed, remove the old unit and reinstall the new unit. They spent the day working away at it and by evening we had cool air flowing in our house again. They cleaned up after themselves and laid down paper and drop cloths to keep our house clean. Great Job.

Preferred cool membership visit: Clean & rinse outdoor coil Apply UV protectant to outdoor unit (if plastic) Inspect condensate drain line System temperature split Test indoor & outdoor capacitors Check compressor & fan motors Inspect control boards Check electrical connections Inspect fan blade system Check system static pressure Clean or replace filters Inspect duct connections & insulation levels
Conducted heating maintenance visit for both units. At this time, both units are operating as they should. Cleaned outdoor coils on condenser units. Mechanically at the condenser at this time, everything is testing great. Up in the air handler for the upstairs unit everything was working great as well. For the downstairs air handler, customer inquired about options for the condensation drain line. He stated earlier in the summer it filled with water. Since then, customer has been blowing out condensation drain line every couple of days. Further inspection showed no blockage in the conversation drain line. Indoor coil was clean as well. Primary drain pan did show some residue. Advised customer that more than likely, there was a blockage in the condensation drain line, but since it was remedied and no signs of flow issue were found he should not need to blow it out every few days. Customer also inquired about a condensation pump . After explaining this to the customer, he decided he want
Performed a membership visit and heating. The units operating properly at this time. The homeowners are not wanting to renew at this time. They are moving out of state.
Completed check up on both furnaces. At this time, both furnaces are operating with inspect. Customer will be presented with recommendations for condensate safety switches. Spoke to customer about one of the units safety switch, and drain line that was not built properly. Also briefly checked out, condensers for both units, capacitors, and contactors. At this time all of those check out. Customer seemed interested in obtaining primary drain line safety switches possibly at next visit before the AC season starts.
Service. Warranty parts and labor. Replaced reverse flow sensor x2
Performed a membership visit and heating. The furnace has a bad flame sensor and a bad capacitor for the blower. Picking up the sensor and returning today to install the sensor and capacitor.
Returned and replaced outdoor fan motor verified operation. The motor and unit is operating quietly now.
Performed inspection in heating . No issues found at this time.
Register needing replacement is return grill 16x 30. On today’s call we have water leaking on all 4 corners of the return grille. No water is detected inside the ducting. There is no attic access. This is our second time out here for the same issue. Both service calls have been complementary at no additional charge. The elbow was resealed with tar on all 4 sides. Some damage to drywall and paint. This call will be passed on to the office for follow up.
The outdoor unit was not responding to the thermostat. I checked the wiring on the low-voltage and found a poor connection on the Y wire and starting to short on the case of the cabinet. I moved the wiring around and reestablish connections with the wire nuts and the unit is operating properly at this time.
System not heating. Found failed thermostat in heating mode. Thermostat was purchased by homeowner and installed by a different company. System is in need of a new thermostat.
I checked the unit and found it operating within factory specifications. I checked with the homeowner about the time of the issue and checked her thermostat programming. The homeowner was unaware of the thermostat program operating in the background and switch the unit back up to 62° from the 70° that she had set it. I went back through, the thermostat programming and showed her how to disable it and the unit unit is operating properly
