I needed to redo entire AC system and change location. Ideal Air was able to redesign it and address all my concern. They are highly skilled and professional. Job was done within the timeframe and original set. They went above and beyond making sure the house is protected from any construction dust or scratches.
Excellent company! Their customer service was impeccable. It started with Rachael, who initially answered my call, to Chris the technician, all the way to Alex one of the owners who personally called to follow-up post service. Rachael, the call taker, to my surprise made attempts to walk me through some troubleshooting steps. She was excellent. She had the technician Chris call me back in short order. Chris walked me through in-dept troubleshooting step, and it was obvious he knew how to troubleshoot my problem and was willing to do it over the phone. After about 10 to 15 minutes of phone troubleshooting, the heater and thermostat came back to life. Super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable guy. Amazing! I thought it was over at that point. Nope, one of the owners Alex called my wife and I personally to double check the work and customer service. I obviously expressed my sincere appreciation for all of his employee and for his service. Here's the kicker; Ideal Air Conditioning did not charge me for the time they all spent with me over the phone. Nothing! It's hard to find a company that provides this type of customer experience and service. Amazing company!
Alex was super knowledgeable, friendly, and very fast with the repair. He also let me know about other potential issues that may come with the unit in the future. Thank you Ideal Energy for the amazing service. Looking forward to working with you again!
I have been in my attic adding Ethernet lines and checking for duct leaks, these guys had to replace a long run duct that collapsed, remove the old unit and reinstall the new unit. They spent the day working away at it and by evening we had cool air flowing in our house again. They cleaned up after themselves and laid down paper and drop cloths to keep our house clean. Great Job.
Great response time and arrival time. Courteous, thorough and helpful with the questions I asked. Thank you
This company is excellent for the service and promptness and the technician they had come to our home was wonderful. The price was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend to all of our family and friends. Thx Ideal Air
No issues installing external system. Enough air flow to keep house cool until system parts are in.

AC went out last night, so I called Ideal Air early in the morning and Matt came out in the afternoon and got it up and running in no time. Great price and service. Highly recommend!
Performed a platinum cool home visit on both systems. Both systems had pitted contactors and high starting amps. The 2 1/2 ton unit had a bad dual capacitor and they both displayed a low charge. I spoke with the homeowner about history on the systems to find if they have been maintenance and previous records of charge readings. This is the first year the homeowner is in the house. I did not see any signs of leaks. I charged both systems back to factory specifications replace the capacitor and contactor switches. Performed A/C check up on 2016 Trane hp split system. No found issues at time of visit. System operating properly at manufacturer standards.
I installed the sensor and rodent kit along with adding foil tape to other areas to secure the system. I performed the cool home visit. The unit is operating properly.
The unit had a bad breaker. Only one leg of power was reaching the unit. I checked the capacitors and wiring. The unit did not have shorts and the capacitors tested good. I installed a breaker and checked operations. The unit operates within factory amp draw and is producing a good split Possible causes of the breaker getting tripped was a very dirty filter. A bird was eaten on top of the unit and the outdoor fan was hard to spin upon arrival. Performed cool home maintenance on both 2009 Day and Night systems.found capacitor on master bed unit low, replaced capacitor. Both systems operating properly at time of departure. Homeowner declined to renew at this time being that homeowner will be looking to replace systems within the next year.
The unit had a swollen, dual capacitor. I recommended installing an inrush kit and capacitor. The homeowner decided to have just the capacitor replaced. The unit is operating properly at this time.
The unit has a burnt contactor and was welding shut while I was checking the system. The unit is under charged and the indoor coil is leaking and needs replaced. I attached proposals for unit replacement or repairs on the unit
Upon arrival homeowner informed me that system continuously runs when and won’t drop temp below 77-78. Found unit to be low on 410A. Did leak check at condenser and evap coil. No signs of leak nor did I detect a leak with leak detector. Homeowner decided he’d like to recharge system to manufacture standards.-Recharged system with 2.5 lbs of 410A Temperature split and psi levels check out good after recharge. System now operating properly at manufacturer standards at time of departure.
