Excellent company! Their customer service was impeccable. It started with Rachael, who initially answered my call, to Chris the technician, all the way to Alex one of the owners who personally called to follow-up post service. Rachael, the call taker, to my surprise made attempts to walk me through some troubleshooting steps. She was excellent. She had the technician Chris call me back in short order. Chris walked me through in-dept troubleshooting step, and it was obvious he knew how to troubleshoot my problem and was willing to do it over the phone. After about 10 to 15 minutes of phone troubleshooting, the heater and thermostat came back to life. Super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable guy. Amazing! I thought it was over at that point. Nope, one of the owners Alex called my wife and I personally to double check the work and customer service. I obviously expressed my sincere appreciation for all of his employee and for his service. Here's the kicker; Ideal Air Conditioning did not charge me for the time they all spent with me over the phone. Nothing! It's hard to find a company that provides this type of customer experience and service. Amazing company!

I have been in my attic adding Ethernet lines and checking for duct leaks, these guys had to replace a long run duct that collapsed, remove the old unit and reinstall the new unit. They spent the day working away at it and by evening we had cool air flowing in our house again. They cleaned up after themselves and laid down paper and drop cloths to keep our house clean. Great Job.

Performed inspection on 1 unit. Found high external statics. Home is not lived in all year only seasonal. Took the time to explain some of the effects it currently has on the unit and long term. At this time it is not of interest to look at the ductwork.
Performed an AC check on the system everything’s operating properly

Returned and replaced the blower control board. Performed a membership maintenance on both systems. I found the 3 ton unit had a bad capacitor for the compressor. I replaced the capacitor and the units are operating properly at this time.
Performed inspection on 1 unit. No issue with the equipment at this time. Homeowner is also concerned of the insulation job done by us. She has some water damage that appears to be pre existing from a prior job done by a roofing company. I went ahead and visually inspected the area affected and saw no signs of damaged insulation or soaked insulation.
Performed a membership visit in cooling. The unit has a failing outdoor fan motor and is starting to whine. The homeowner had brought this up on a previous maintenance, but I could not re-create the sound while I was doing the maintenance. The unit is out of labor warranty, but the homeowner did, tell me they had the issue while the unit was under warranty. I ordered the outdoor fan motor under warranty.
Bearings on the outdoor fan motor are bad. Loud screeching like sound coming from the motor. Also bad dual run capacitor. Homeowner attempted to get approval from home warranty while on site but had no luck. She will reach out us once approval has been confirmed.
Duct working expanding/contracting making a sound
Performed inspection in cooling. Findings: Dirty indoor coil Refrigerant caps worn out Slightly low on refrigerant Broken pvc drain line, improper condensate drainage
