I needed to redo entire AC system and change location. Ideal Air was able to redesign it and address all my concern. They are highly skilled and professional. Job was done within the timeframe and original set. They went above and beyond making sure the house is protected from any construction dust or scratches.

Excellent company! Their customer service was impeccable. It started with Rachael, who initially answered my call, to Chris the technician, all the way to Alex one of the owners who personally called to follow-up post service. Rachael, the call taker, to my surprise made attempts to walk me through some troubleshooting steps. She was excellent. She had the technician Chris call me back in short order. Chris walked me through in-dept troubleshooting step, and it was obvious he knew how to troubleshoot my problem and was willing to do it over the phone. After about 10 to 15 minutes of phone troubleshooting, the heater and thermostat came back to life. Super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable guy. Amazing! I thought it was over at that point. Nope, one of the owners Alex called my wife and I personally to double check the work and customer service. I obviously expressed my sincere appreciation for all of his employee and for his service. Here's the kicker; Ideal Air Conditioning did not charge me for the time they all spent with me over the phone. Nothing! It's hard to find a company that provides this type of customer experience and service. Amazing company!

I have been in my attic adding Ethernet lines and checking for duct leaks, these guys had to replace a long run duct that collapsed, remove the old unit and reinstall the new unit. They spent the day working away at it and by evening we had cool air flowing in our house again. They cleaned up after themselves and laid down paper and drop cloths to keep our house clean. Great Job.

Thermostat interface has failed. It is receiving signal from the thermostat, but it’s not commanding the unit to run. Need to return and replace thermostat interface.
Performed a membership visit and heating. The unit is operating properly at this time. Great service call today. The house has four heat pump split units. One mini split for the wine cellar and one mini split for the garage. Customer Michelle said we are only checking before heat pump split units. We Did take a look at the wine cellar unit as well under customer consideration and everything is working great. First, we started with the master bedroom. This is located in an exterior closet with the condenser outside near the closet door. Upon initial inspection, we found a dirty blower wheel. Temperature split look good. At the condenser, we found the capacitor to be near failing. Next, we moved into the bar room area. This is a horizontal heat pump. The attic access is in the hall closet. The shelf is removable to allow access into the unit. This unit we found everything to be working properly at this time. We did advise customer that there are two filters on each side of the wall. Along with supply vents that are covered by wooden bookcase. Customer stated they don’t k

The unit was wired improperly at the thermostat. The conversation line was clogged. I wired the thermostat properly and cleared the condensate line. The units operating properly.
The wine room was not operating on arrival. I inspected the thermostat and found one of the terminal blocks on the base had been moved and not sending control voltage down the Y wire. I moved the terminal block down and checked operations. I checked the unit on the roof and it is operating properly in the unit is producing a good temperature split.

Electrical company was working on home/ installing panels. Error codes indicated loss of communication to outdoor unit. Once power was restored to the equipment the alerts went away.
Performed inspection in heating. No issues found at this time.
