Tim is a terrific member of the Indoor Comfort team. Our needs were addressed in a very timely way. Service was scheduled and performed quickly and expertly. Care was taken to repair an older furnace to proved comfort and safety. Likewise, as the older components failed, and we needed a return visit, safety and investment was wisely addressed and explained. While we wait for our new furnace to be installed in the next business day, Tim helped us to survive this chilly weekend by carefully installing we need to get by for now. At all times, he was courteous, knowledgeable and a good communicator. He is also relaxed and tidy! We are grateful for all aspects of his service.
